Volvo: Cleaner driving now also available inside your car

Most of our stories here at AutoblogGreen are about what our cars do (or don't do) to the environment. Volvo seems to think that how clean it is inside the car is also worth thinking about.  The new Volvo S80 has what Volvo is calling a Clean Zone Interior Package (CZIP) that "creates the healthiest passenger environment possible and the first car with interior air quality approved by the Swedish Asthma and Allergy Association".

CZIP uses materials that avoid collecting dust and includes a "remotely controlled cabin ventilation system which automatically refreshes the car's interior as soon as it is unlocked via the remote key fob." Other features, like a pollen filter and Volvo's Interior Air Quality System (IAQS) are available on the S80 and other models.
