More political support for California's Proposition 87
Well, the big names are coming on board quickly now. After Bill Clinton's appearance at a pro-Proposition 87 rally last week, the group Yes on 87 (guess which way they want you to vote) has lined up endorsements from Richard Branson, Iowa Gov. Vilsack, San Francisco Mayor Newsom, and California Labor Federation head Art Pulanski. I particularly liked Branson's reasoning for supporting the proposition. "You'll be able to drive cars that you won't be embarrassed driving because they're CO2 friendly," he said. Proposition 87 would use taxes on oil drilled in the state to fund alternative energy research and production and Yes on 87 is claiming that the oil companies are spending over $70 million to defeat Prop. 87. I will vote YES on 87 along with my family all my 5 childrens my wife and me will vote YES on 87. We need to do everything possible in our power not to be anymore dependable of foreign oil.I am ready to sacrifice to pay more money for a clean enviroment. Sorrry to say i hate oil companys for the simple reason that they don't research for alternative energy posibilities. The money they spend for such things are too little. YES on 87 everyone !

I will vote YES on 87 .Also all my family all 5 childrens and my wife and me will vote YES on 87.Shame to all of those who vote no. We shold find ways to stop dependency of foreign oil. We should find ways to protect our enviroment. How much we pay for the war in irak ? trillions? how many of our young sons and daughters die there? how many are mutilated for ever? those oil companies should be taxed 10 times more that they are now.
