Honda F1 team may get green theme; transporters may get solar panels

There's a tiny mention in a story about the color and paint schemes for Honda's Formula 1 that says the team may put solar panels on the roofs of its transport trucks and motor homes. A subsidiary of Honda, Honda Soltec, produces next-generation solar cells. With every automaker stressing environmental issues during the auto show season, the commentator speculated Honda might go green in its marketing theme for the F1 cars. The Honda team currently doesn't have a major sponsor, so the decision is up in the air as the team tests in plain black. Running the marketing program is a veteran of the music and TV industry, so he's undoubtedly dreaming up new ideas. It's just a question if marketing or engineering gets to pick the paint scheme.
