ADM corn processing profits spike 42%
The Archer Daniels Midland company is one of the biggest recipients of farm subsidies in America, and interestingly enough they are also a huge proponent of corn ethanol. They are among the world's largest processors of soy, corn, and other crops. They just announced there fourth quarter results, and unsurprisingly they were up. A lot. Overall, profits were up twenty percent to $441 million. Corn and oilseed processing really shone though at forty-two and fifty percent increases in profit. Oh, Now I understand! This is proof that the war on drugs has failed! Obviously, far too much cocaine has reached Washington DC and the politicians need contributions not for their campaign war chests, but for all those expensive mind altering drugs!!! Now I understand why they refuse to defend our southern boarder. It all makes perfect sense.
CITIZENS! Our legislators need our help!! They NEED an intervention!! We MUST to help our elected officials kick their habit by imposing term limits and sending them home. We need citizen legislators, not career politicians.
