New Citroën C1 looks like a mouth-breather

I know that a large front grille is becoming popular with a lot of automakers' design teams, but the size of the hole in the front of the newly redesigned Citroën C1 is just outlandish. The rest of the car is pretty appealing, but that grille is just too much. Is the car yawning? Citroën may think this just "complements the looks of the recently updated C2," but doesn't make it good.
Still, with a 52 mpg (U.S.) rating (a boost of 2.1 percent) and CO2 emissions of just 106g/km (a decrease of 2.7 percent) from the 1.0i 68hp petrol engine, I might be able to overlook the mouth-breathing design. Especially since the never see the front end from the driver's seat. Buyers can make up their own minds when the new C1 goes on sale early next year.

NEW STYLE, BETTER MPG & LESS CO2 FOR CITROËN C1
Citroën have announced first details of changes to the C1 that will give the chic, ultra-economical city-car new exterior styling, even better fuel economy and lower CO2 emissions together with a number of other improvements, including an upgraded interior.
The C1's exterior has been given a smart upgrade with changes to the car's front end, complementing the looks of the recently updated C2. There are new wheels and trims whilst inside there are new upholstery and materials.
Improving the car's class-topping environmental and economical credentials, the nippy 1.0i 68hp petrol engine is now the lowest CO2 emitting petrol powered car currently on sale in the UK, boasting lowered CO2 emissions of just 106g/km (-2.7%), and a combined-cycle fuel consumption figure of 62.8mpg (+2.1%).
This upgrade means that, in just a few months, Citroën has either revised or completely renewed the C1, C2, C4, C5 as well as the Berlingo Multispace. The new look C1 is set to go on sale early in 2009 when further details and prices will be announced.

Im glad after seeing these pictures that i have the old model the new one looks like a fish, its really not attractive, i dont understand why car companys want all there range to share the same grills, it just gets boring.
