Argentina motorbike manufacturer launches CNG bike

Argentina's most important motorbike manufacturer, Zanella, has announced its first factory-installed CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) powered bike. The bike, which is a converted RX150 model, has 150 cc displacement and the conversion adds two tanks of gas for a range of approximately 200 kilometers (120 miles). The tanks can store 1.4 m3 of natural gas and are located in the same place as the fuel tank. Interestingly, a small reservoir that holds 3.5 liters of gasoline remains on board for emergencies. The CNG option costs 1,000 pesos (about $285) and the conversion kit is supplied by local manufacturer Ecopos, based in Santa Fe, Argentina.

That's the same thing i was asking car compagnies to do, fit my stupid neon with a natural gas kit and turbos for 4 fuels operation. If chrsler want to get out of bankrupcies they can sell new and retrofit kits for all their cars to who is interrested. If not, then any tuning shop or repair shop can sell, distribute, install, modify the timing of any existing ice car for 500$-10 000$. With a good kit like that you can put hydrogen gas too in the tank and that's why it's been impeded by big-oil, u.s goverment, afs-trinity, carny, chris m, elon musk, barack, georges, opec, china, russia, australia, norwegia, sweden, canada, exxon, epa, doa, exxon employees, state employees all over the world, onu, greenpeace, green car congress, etc.
All of these are protected natural ressources. This cartel is trying lattelly to sell corn, methanol, human flesh, miscantus, palm oil, lithium, wood chips, switchgrass. It's not surprising they were selling slave not to long ago between 2000 years before jesus to 1967 approx. I regognize these souls now speaking about the 'greeness' of natural ressources.

The problem is that in Argentina there's a network of CNG Stations while here you can get it only in a few places... The stations in Argentina slowly popped up just because there was a strong demand (cng is waaaay cheaper than gas).

The conversion costs less than $300 and it can still use petrol? Sign me up! Why don't we have this here? I would think you could set up a CNG station anywhere you have natural gas, which as far as I know is every metropolitan area in the US. A gas station could plug a compressor into the natural gas line and have a small CNG station, much like they do with compressed air or water.

You are right on your assumptions...
In order to get a cng station you need to have natural gas... and a permit
I believe that car's conversion kits cost around 1000 dollars, but I could be wrong. The car then can run on CNG or regular gas. You have a switch on your panel that helps you pick one or the other... and yes, you can switch while running too.
