Geneva 2009: Pininfarina and Bolloré now accepting orders for all-electric B0

If you're a fan of Pininfarina's B0 concept, go and join the list. The two partners in the car, Pininfarina and Bolloré, have officially opened their registration list for a €330 per month lease for the car. The lease includes 24 hour roadside assistance. Vincent Bolloré announced during the Geneva Motor Show that the first orders will be delivered in about a year, and future buyers will be able to test-drive one of the 15 current prototypes before that. The car will first be leased in six European countries (France, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain and Switzerland) and the B0 will also someday reach U.S. and some Asian markets. You will be able to lease the car online, and the marque is planning to create dealer networks to distribute and repairing the car.
According to Bolloré, B0 is able to go 100 kilometers for €1. It's got a 50 kW (68hp) motor, a 250 km (155 miles) range and is able to run for 30 km (20 miles) on a charge of "a few minutes" (a full charge is achieved after 5 hours plugged into any wall socket). Bolloré also mentioned that the car will be built at Pininfarina's site in Turin, Italy, with planned production rates of 10,000 cars in 2010, 20,000 in 2011 and 30,000 units in 2012. Two additional production sites are also planned in Quimper and Montreal and, depending on lithium reserves, one could be installed in Bolivia.

Dear Pininfarina please buy GM and bring this car to the US.
I don't like leasing cars but this sounds like a pretty good deal, especially since fuel costs are so low. Or maybe I can buy one from the Montreal plant after Canada annexes the states.

I have been following the development of this car for a while and was really interested especially when I understood that the price would be sub 20,000 euros. I was seriously going to buy.
I have several cars but I use my Honda Insight daily and my Aston DBS hardly ever.
I want an all electric car and this seamed like the one but I will never lease a car. I am a private buyer and if I have a car I want to own it outright. Sorry Pinninfarina but you just lost a certain customer with this approach.

155 miles? Nice. Leasing would be the fastest way to get the most people in one as it would be more affordable.
I'd still like to know about real world usage. Like what blasting the radio for 1/2 hour does to the battery, etc.
With the lights on at night driving, does the mileage decrease?
And what if you are in traffic for an hour, what effect does that have on your miles to recharge?

For anyone who actually might be interested in the list that the post is about, rather than more photos we've already seen and old ABG posts, http://www.bluecar.fr/en appears to be the website where you can pre-order.

Rick, us old EVers can answer your questions...
Lights, Radio, ect use very little energy, and since EVs don't idle they get better range in slow or stop and go traffic(particularly with regenerative braking).
The only thing that decreases range significantly is AC and heat, these consume significant energy and can cut as much as 20% off, heat is worse as it's combined with cold weather that has the denser air penalty.

I am interested in an EV for purchase. I am not willing to hire a vehicle as this is a complete waste of money. I normally do not travel very far on a weekly basis and the cost per mile on a lease would defeat the whole idea of going to electric. I do want the range for the occasional trip and the top speed for motorway or country driving so this car seems to fit the bill excellently. My questions are:
1. What is the delivered price to the UK and
2. How would I get the car maintained.
