Home charging: Renewable energy-powered MINI Es start testing in Munich

BMW has officially announced a partnership with the E.ON utility company to test drive 15 MINI Es in Münich, Germany. E.On will provide electricity for the cars in 13 special charging stations near the Museumislen area of town. The juice for these stations will be certified to come from renewable energy sources, E.ON says. After launching the MINI E in the U.S. to customers this May, the all-electric MINI is now being tested in Germany, in Berlin and Münich. A fleet trial for Britain is also planned. The Münich test will take 12 months to complete and opens the door for a larger, more stable EV recharging network in the Bavarian Capital city down the road.

München mag Dich, but not when you use the umlaut in the English spelling.
But seriously, everybody puts the dots over the u in Münich... it's for fun; give Navarro a break :)

Oh, heavy Metal Umlaut in Dgørmânî!? Like in Mägo de Oz or Mötörhead?
Please stop that stüpid spelling. It is either München or Munich. Next time Daimler does cool things in it's home state you can also spell "Baden-Württemberg".

They are making everything an ümläüt because it looks more German that way. So just remember: It's U$A, Texa$, Lo$ Angele$. Looks more American that way.

Hi all
I was just waiting for comments about the spelling :) Could that be typical?
Remember, if you find any spelling mistakes you are allowed to keep them!
BTW "Museumislen" should be "Museumsinsel" (museum island) - you can keep this one, too. Just don't take yourself to serious, guys.
