The long-standing tradition of using attractive ladies to draw attention to a cause continues unabated out in Los Angeles thanks to Angry Green Girl and her free hybrid-only bikini car wash. The girls in green offered up free car washes to drivers of hybrids, smart cars and anything they consider environmentally friendly. There's a slight bit of Miss Teen USA 2007 in Angry Green Girl's answer to the question about what she's angry about: "The environment, what we're seeing as of present, as of today, will only exacerbate - it's not going to go away of its own accord," but maybe this is somehow the fault of the video editors. The local news anchors at KTLA certainly weren't focused on her message when they discussed the clip.
Distracting anchors and getting on the news was kind of part of the idea. After all, Angry Green Girl's slogan is "Shamelessly promoting everything I got to save our world." Check is all out the videoes after the jump. Thanks to Megan for the tip!

Seriously, it's not that big a deal to use words like that. I bet Angry Green Girl was getting pretty angry that people were assuming she wasn't all that smart because of her model stunt. UBIQUITOUS? WHOAAA. I'm not gonna lie, that smart stuff turns me on, but damn... have a little respect. That's probably why she said "things" instead of something else when she was done talking about the fluorescent bulbs.
And those guys in the studio sound like straight up pervs. I wonder if they're married.

I also like the synthetic sod. Nothing more green than anti-vegetation.
She hates water! (except where she talks about taking a bath on the video on her web site).

The angry part is not unique. All libs, especially the envinronmental militants are always angry. The angry green girl with the dictionary is a new twist. At least she's trying to sound intelligent, which is also not the norm. "We're helping save the world by washing hybrids!" But if you want to pay us we'll wash your car and give you a big frown! What conviction for the cause!
Watch out dudes! They look hot but they probably recycle their toilet paper!

I would never let anybody else wash my car. So many other people don't have common sense: dropa wash mittonto the ground, which grinds sand into the paint. Or when you have 5 people washing the car at the came time, nobody knows what was already washed. etc. etc.
