Audi hiring 100 young engineers for ePerformance project
Before we forget, the address where you should send in your resumé, if you want to try out for any of these positions, is here. There. Now that that's done, what job openings are we talking about? Audi has announced they are hiring 100 young engineers for ePerformance, a project house to help the development of an integrated concept for electric drives in automobiles. ePerformance is supported by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, which tries to bring together research organizations and industry partners. "We are giving young people secure jobs, personal development opportunities and interesting prospects for the future. At the same time, we are making targeted and sustainable investments in specialists for electronics, battery technology and power electronics," says Audi Board Member for HR Dr. Werner Widuckel.Gallery: Audi e-Tron renderings

What about "old" engineers?

Old engineers know better.

First test: Can you read enough German to figure out our website?
Dangit. I suppose these jobs are in Germany, as well.

I will be glad to work for audi, they seem enthusiasm. I have many ideas and im technically inclined. Audi mean ' water say' in old latin, so they may be glad to fit a water electrolizer inside their cars for free fuel with almost unlimited performance and flying capabilities and crush any competition from gm, toyota, boeing, general electric, prath and whitney, volvo trucks, ferraris, ford, john deer, kawasaki, ducatti, new york transit community, nasa, sweden goverment, russian goverment, u.s.a goverment, japan country, holden cars from australia, canadian economy and tresury, etc, etc.

Gorr, they won't hire you, as you don't have a valid engineering degree, let alone one for Electrical Engineering or Automotive Engineering. But even if you did go there and tell them to install a water electrolyzer to power their car, then what? You can't even make your own water powered car, so you certainly couldn't make one for Audi. You'd be sent packing before you could even open your German phrase book.
BTW, "water say" in Latin would be "Vox Aqui" which doesn't even remotely resemble that German car company name.
From Wikipedia: The name Audi is based on a Latin translation of the surname of the founder August Horch, itself the German word for “listen!"
German "Horch" = "Listen" or "hear"
Latin "Audi" = "Listen" or "hear"
Nope, nothing about water in that name.

I just recently bought some stuff for converting an old 1984 2 cylinders motorcycle to hydrogen on demand . I spend so far 800$ and it's not finish yet because i need a programmable computer, 2 gazeous injectors, 2 gasoline injectors, many differents sensors, fuel pumps, water electrolyzer, small tanks, connectors of any breeds and form and specialisations, etc. With that stuff i will be able to tightly programm all the engine fonctions like hydrogen injection, gasoline injection, ignition timing, hydrogen production, etc. All that programmed and monitored by me, even the exhaust gas are analysed at any rpm and speed and engine loads. I will need to do some machining too.
I will begin in one month, after the riding season finnish because it's already cold here in canada. Even audi cannot hires my service for 50 000$ for doing these researchs and they still not have a green car offerings to thier customers or to sell me.

Sounds like age discrimination.
The jobs must be in Germany, as it'd be illegal here.

No job discrimination going on here. It's probably to qualify for a German government hiring program. Here in Canada we've had similar programs to hire young engineers where the government would pay 25-30% of their salaries or repay the income tax on their salaries. This is why Ubisoft, EA and others have programming shops in Montreal.
This is done to keep recent graduates from moving to the US where they could earn more.
