The winter teaser press releases for the 2011 Detroit Auto Show continue with a short mention from Toyota about the "Prius Family of Vehicles" that we will meet at the North American International Auto Show in a few short weeks. We have gotten a peek at what might be the Prius minivan/MPV (above) but all that Toyota will say for certain is that, "In addition to the current third-generation Prius and Prius Plug-in vehicle (PHV), the first all-new addition to the Prius Family will debut along with a Prius concept vehicle." If the MPV is the "all-new addition," then what's the new Prius concept? We're not sure and Toyota isn't saying – yet – so we'll just have to wait until Toyota's press conference on January 10th for the full details. We'll be there, and Toyota will broadcast the event at ToyotaNewsroom.com. While we wait, who's got a guess for the what the concept is?
