Frankfurt 2009: Peugeot RCZ Hybrid4, 76 mpg and low CO2 emissions

We knew Peugeot would be bringing the RCZ Hybrid4 to the Frankfurt Motor Show – along with a few other slick rides like the RCZ Sport Coupe – but now we finally have a fuller picture of the technical details of how this concept gets around. Like the 3008 Hybrid4, the RCZ Hybrid4 uses a 2.0 litre HDi FAP diesel engine to move the front wheels while a 37 bhp electric motor can move the rear wheels.
