BMW trademarks "ActiveE" name for future electric car?

Thanks to some eagle-eyed BMW fans with a handy penchant for tracking trademark filings by the Bavarian automaker, we now know that the company has registered the name ActiveE. It's completely plausible that the moniker could be applied to the automaker's upcoming electric vehicles, since it matches up quite nicely with BMW's present ActiveHybrid series.
