Chicago 2008: three (well, two) surprising ways to use less fuel
There is nothing remotely green about the F-650-based Alton XUV in the picture above. Chicago 2008: 105-year-old electric car hidden way in the back 1 year ago on Autoblog Green

Just how many hybrids has General Motors sold? Apparently not very many. We all know the Prius is the 800lb gorilla of the hybrid segment with sales of between 800,000 and 900,000 so far. A reader left a link to an IRS website in a comment the other day. The site lists which vehicles are still ...

Chicago 2008: Ford brings the Transit Connect to America 1 year ago on Autoblog Green
Before the demise of Ford's Windstar/Freestar in late 2006, the company - like its crosstown competitors - offered a cargo van variant of its front wheel drive mini-van for light duty commercial applications. There are many uses where businesses need something smaller and more fuel efficient than ...
Chicago Auto Show 2008 videos: GMC Denali XT concept 1 year ago on Autoblog Green
The GMC Denali XT concept debuts at the 2008 Chicago Auto Show this week. The flex-fuel, two-mode hybrid pickup truck reminds me a lot of Toyota's A-BAT hybrid pickup concept. The Denali XT has a more coupe-ish look and feel than Toyota's A-BAT. As you can see in the video above, GMC uses the paint ...
