Honda Civic Tour to show off hemp-customized Civic hybrid from Fall Out Boy

Honda, meet Fall Out Boy. Fall Out Boy, meet modern marketing. Each year, for the last six years, Honda has promoted the Honda Civic through something called the Honda Civic Tour.
