The French postal service plans to order 10,000 electric vehicles

The BBC reports that the French postal service, or La Poste, is testing out electric vehicles to replace their current diesel fuel-powered vans. They are requesting quotes for the first batch of an expected 10,000 French-made electric vehicles, predominately from SVE and Heuliez, the latter of which is an electric vehicle manufacturer, the former is owned by the defense group Dassault.
