Miller industries debuts hybrid recovery truck at Daytona 500
The racers competing on the track in NASCAR events may still be the cars of yesteryear when it comes to technology, but there was one bit of green on the track for the season opener at Daytona last week. Miller Industries provided a flat-bed race recovery truck with a hybrid drivertrain. The International DuraStar 4300 chassis was equipped with Eaton's heavy duty diesel electric drive system.
