Ford retrofitting Dutch diesels with free particulate filters

Our readers know already how much Europeans love their diesels - they offer the same performance with higher mpg. However, although diesel engines are quite economical and have lower CO2 tailpipe emissions, there are concerns about other pollutants that they produce. One solution is installing a particulate filter.
