Quaker Steak and Lube is a motor-themed restaurant chain, kind of like a NASCAR-loving version of Applebees. The first restaurant in the now-regional chain was started with the gas crisis of the 1970s in mind as a way "to preserve the culture of those old gas stations and high-powered muscle cars."
