XR3 plug-in hybrid trike headed for production
It's been a long time coming for Robert Q. Riley and his XR3, but things are happening. The XR3, a three-wheeled plug-in hybrid that was designed to be as light as possible, has been in development for years (check out where things stood in 2007).
