Male enhancement gets downsized with Smart

During this summer's Woodward Dream Cruise in Detroit, It seemed like Smart ForTwos were almost as prevalent as Camaros and Mustangs. However it also seemed like most of the tiny two-seaters were primarily there as rolling billboards.
