Martin Eberhard gets $5K back from CARB
Note to Tesla Roadster owners in California: your purchase entitles you to a rebate of $5,000 from the California Air Resources Board, better known as CARB. Martin Eberhard, one of the first men to get his hands on a Tesla and one of the founding members of the company, has just received his confirmation letter in the mail that he'll be getting the rebate.
