More police-ridin' Segway action, this time in Chicago

Yes, you read that right: yet another would-be criminal has been nabbed by the long arm of the law... riding a Segway. Well, we assume that the cop in question must have had long arms, 'cause the Segway is only capable of moving at 12.5 miles per hour, well under what the average reasonably fit man can hit in stride.
