High School students crush apples to power high-speed motorcycle

Here's a project that caught our attention. After all, it's got a motorcycle powered by fruit. The bike was a Triumph Daytona 675 motorbike that broke a speed record of 158.7 mph at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground. The interesting part of the project is that the fuel used to run the bike was ethanol obtained with basic equipment.
