U.S. Department of Health and Human Services urges green cars in email to employees

In an email sent to about 67,000 government employees, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services advised their employees on the merits of fuel-saving cars. Highlighted were hybrids, ethanol vehicles and diesel vehicles. Also mentioned was the conversion to biodiesel. That doesn't sound too biased does it? The domestic automakers thought so.
