New Fisker exec trying to line up dealers
Fisker Automotive has apparently chosen a different distribution path from its arch-rival Tesla Motors. While Tesla chose to completely bypass the traditional franchise dealership system, Fisker is sticking to basics. It remains to be seen how successful the Tesla model of company-owned stores will be in the long run, but Fisker has hired veteran executive Vic Doolan to help set up a network of dealers.
