Frankfurt Preview: Volkswagen's e-Up! concept

It's no secret that Volkswagen is working to bring a four-seat electric vehicle based on the Up! family of small cars to market in 2013. According to Drive Solar, the concept version of that car that will be on display in Frankfurt this week has been christened the e Up!
