Conspiracy? Stan Meyer and the Mysterious, Elusive Electrolyzer

Ever hear the name Stan Meyer? About eight thousand conspiracy theorists just nodded their heads. Stan invented a water electrolyzer - nothing new there - however, according to Stan anyway, his actually works on demand.
