Vectrix to the rescue

Back in the day, the Automobile Association in the United Kingdom used two-wheelers to aid stranded motorists. Bicycles were replaced by motorcycles after World War Two. Now the AA is using Vectrix electric scooters and motorbikes in a three-month trial as part of an effort to bring quicker service and relieve congestion caused by breakdowns. With London traffic flowing at its slowest rate in forty years, AA is hoping this "back to the future" approach will provide some relief.
