China Clean Energy more than doubles its biodiesel production capability

Last week, China Clean Energy Inc., announced a dramatic increase in its biodiesel production capaticy, thanks to an upgrade in its Fuqing City plant. Before the $500,000 investment, the plant could make 1.4 million gallons a year. Now it is capable of three million. That's less than a quarter of a gallon per person in China each year.
