A Honda Civic hybrid in the UK Facing an import duty of 114 percent, Honda is ready to release the first hybrid car to the Indian market: the Honda Civic hybrid. Honda has been in discussions with the Indian government to sell the hybrid in the country since last October. The localized price has yet to be finalized, but expect it to be high.
