Boris Johnson to welcome the 2009 Eco-Rally from Brighton to London
The traditional London to Brighton Veteran Car Run marks the abolition of the 'Red Flag Act' that required motorized vehicles to be preceded by a man on foot. However, now there's an Eco-rally taking place next Monday the 8th that will follow the same route but in reverse and to bring alternative fuel technologies to the British capital.
