New ethanol plants to be built in Midwest by Washington Group

Washington Group International is building three ethanol plants in the Midwest, for a total cost of $150 million US. The plants are going to be built in Wahoo, Nebraska, and in Red Oak and Council Bluffs, Iowa. Each plant is expected to produce 110 million gallons of ethanol per year.
