Ford announces European-spec Focus 2008

Moving it closer to the new Mondeo and adopting the ECOnetic label for the cleanest model available, Ford has announced a restyled version of the Focus (which is very different from the one in the US, unfortunately). The changes are mostly aesthetic, giving the model what Ford calls "kinetic design" cues, which, according to the press release are: "Working from the front towards the rear, trapezoidal grilles, swept back headlamps, bold wheel arches, newly shaped rear glass, a contoured tailgate and new tail lamps are the key changes.
