Fiat debuts new Panda Eco

So, Fiat is set to show off a new range of eco-friendly cars in Paris under the PUR-02 moniker. That line will include its retro-fun 500, Bravo and Croma. Although it doesn't seem to fall under the new low emissions branding, a new Panda will also make an appearance in short order.
