Ford shows off new Duratorq diesel engine

The biggest Ford models (in Europe, that is, we're not getting it Stateside) have now the option of getting an all-new 2.2-liter Duratorq diesel engine with great figures. The engine develops 175 HP and has a maximum torque of 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) at 1750 rpm, which can be increased 20 additional Nm for shorts periods of time.
