Lang Motors creates a video for the ZENN NEV
NEVs, or neighborhood electric vehicles, don't seem to work out for everybody, but for those who can make them work despite the driving range and speed limitations, they are a good choice, as they can be fully electric and require no petroleum fuel at all.
