The Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO), which sanctions the 24 Hours of Le Mans and provides the basis for the rules used in the American Le Mans Series, has just published its rules changes for 2010. The updates for next year are mainly targeted at tightening competition while maintaining series stability.
