Ford retrofitting Dutch diesels with free particulate filters

Our readers know already how much Europeans love their diesels - they offer the same performance with higher mpg. However, although diesel engines are quite economical and have lower CO2 tailpipe emissions, there are concerns about other pollutants that they produce.
