Toyota plugs in 100 Priuses in Strasbourg, France

EDF, the French utility company that is also testing the smart ED, will expand its partnership with Toyota to test the plug-in Prius. Since September, the two companies have been putting the PHEV Priuses through their paces in London and and have been doing the same in Paris since 2007.
