San Francisco looking at bike sharing, through Clear Channel

Many European cities, including most prominently Paris and Copenhagen, have large bicycle sharing programs. The programs offer bicycles that are parked at stations all over the city that people can use either for free or a small charge whenever they need. When they are done they just leave the bike at the nearest station. Now San Francisco wants a bike share system of their own.
