EPA Administrator in no rush to comply with CO2 regulation ruling

At a Senate Environment and Public Works Committee hearing on Tuesday, EPA Administrator Stephen Johnson held to the Bush Administration line and refused to say when or if his agency would regulate greenhouse gases.
