Fifty Pamplona buses to run on B100 biodiesel
The city of Pamplona, Spain is famous for it's running of the bulls. But this week they embarked on something a bit more environmentally friendly. Fifty of the city's 127 buses are now running 100 percent biodiesel, supplied by Acciona from a plant in Caparrosa in northern Spain. Acciona will be supplying upwards of 1.5 million liters of B100 annually to the city. Pamplona is the first Spanish city to start using B100 on a large scale, and will eventually expand its use to the entire fleet. Spain is targeting the use of 5.8 percent of all transportation fuels to plant derived by 2010 in line with an EU target.

Who manufactures the Diesel engines for these buses. What is the manufacturing spec of the fuel? What is the cetane number?
