This actually isn't a very good commercial. It doesn't do anything to show that you can race 100+ different types of cars and motorcycles on tracks in and around cities all over the world, potentially in adverse weather conditions (snow, rain, etc), rendered with amazingly realistic graphics.

I'd be more likely to buy the game for the sole reason that this is my cheapest chance at trying out a Roadster. good move by Tesla and Microsoft.

It was a Ferrari F430(I think) racing with a Mercedes SLR, followed by the Tesla racing with a motorcycle. If you listen closely, you can only hear the bike's much higher typical whine that dopplers as it goes off screen, and nothing when the Tesla zips by.
All in all, it is a pretty weak ass commercial.
