Pierce Brosnan cruising in a Hydrogen 7 to Golden Globes

After Mamma Mia! and being James Bond, what else is there to do but let BMW loan you the dual-fuel Hydrogen 7 to go to the 66th Golden Globe Awards tonight. That must've been what Pierce Brosnan was thinking, as he (pictured above with his wife, Keely Shaye Smith) will be one of many celebs headed to the red carpet in a luxury ride; this one just happens to be capable of "zero-emission" miles. Hilary Swank, Kristen Davis, Brad Pitt and others have previously taken the H7 for a spin. We're busy with the news coming from Detroit, but we still have a question about what's happening in LA: what kind of alt-fuel car will we see the most of tonight? Teslas? Other EVs? Hydrogen-powered? Diesels? Anyone want to make any sort of predictions on this topic?

Hydrogen is a giant hoax.
It will never be a practical, affordable, reliable system for powering our surface transportation fleet. Ever.

I won't buy this car. It don't have water mist injection along the
hydrogen combustion and the hydrogen is liquid, that mean a very costly tank along with more processing needed compare to gazeous hydrogen.

Ah, yes, hydrogen. The perfect fuel.
For people with more money than sense.

Well, the number of Tesla Roadsters is now greater than the number of BMW Hydrogen 7s, so the Roadster would likely be the more common "award ride" of those two.
Of course, the Prius will vie with the stretch limos as the #1 ride to the Academy Awards

Shilling for someone, or is that your own gizmo sales outlet?
The gadgets being sold there is assembled from a few bucks worth of plumbing parts, and marked up to a substantial degree. Sounds like just what Gorr has been looking for.
These devices displace some of the air/fuel mixture, thus slightly reducing fuel consumption, but since the energy of that bulky H2/O2 gas is less than the air/fuel mixture displaced, the power and performance is reduced. It would be cheaper and easier to just go light on the accelerator.
