It's Friday: Neiman Marcus Christmas Book includes electric Cupcake Car

Looking for an electric car that you can actually purchase today? Sure, there's the Tesla Roadster, but that car costs over a hundred grand. How 'bout a new four-wheeled electric vehicle that can be had for just $25,000? Sound more like what you've been waiting for? Good news, then. Joining the Mission One in Neiman Marcus' Christmas Catalog is the fully-electric Cupcake Car.

We don't think the Cupcake Car has any real safety systems built in, but with a top speed of seven miles per hour, how much trouble could you really get into? There's a 24V battery pack and electric motor inside a hard candy shell body fashioned from sheet metal, wire, fabric and wood. All that's left is to choose your favorite toppings. And look how much fun they can be.
