Ener1 has half-dozen electric vehicle, PHEV announcements up its sleeve

Ener1 has a long-standing partnership with Think and, earlier this year, announced it would work with Nissan on plug-in vehicles. During a conference call to discuss third quarter earnings, Charles Gassenheimer, Ener1's chairman and chief executive officer, said that U.S. automakers are "finally" starting to get into the plug-in spirit.
