Peugeot adds more power, reduces emission with new diesel engine in 407 Coupe
Peugeot's involvement with running diesel-powered race cars the 24 Hours of Le Mans for the past three years (including this year's victory) appears to be paying off on the street. The French automaker has just announced a pair of upgraded diesel engines for its 407 coupe that will be available starting this fall. Anchoring the lineup is a 2.0-liter four cylinder diesel putting out 163 hp and 251 lb-ft of torque.
