Fiat now the lowest CO2 emitter in Europe

While the Frankfurt Motor Show tries to present us with the future of motoring, the European Federation for Transport and Environment has taken stock of where automakers are today. Fiat and PSA Peugeot-Citroen came out with the lowest average CO2 emissions (138 and 139 grams/kilometer, respectively) while BMW and Mazda were the most improved (down 10.2 and 8.2 percent, respectively).
